Claude Béglé worked for several years in the CleanTech and sustainability sectors, highlighted by his recent role as creator of the policy for the Clean Tech strategy of the State of Geneva, and as Executive Chairman of SymbioSwiss. He is a seasoned executive having worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies in top leadership positions throughout his career. A dynamic and result-oriented line manager, he is a strategic thinker with a global vision able to translate the later into action and concrete results.
He is a leader and a federator. He is also a seasoned negotiator at ease in complex business and regulatory situations. He successfully completed numerous acquisitions and subsequent integrations and is also an expert in steering change management. He possesses an in depth knowledge of the service and the consumer goods industries. Equipped with a strong sense of corporate social responsibility, with a deep engagement in favor of renewable energies, water and environmental programs, clean technologies, Claude Béglé is innovative, multilingual and multicultural.

Arnaud has close to 8 years of experience in Private Equity, from deal sourcing, through financial and technical due diligence to valuation. At SymbioSwiss he is responsible for overseeing all operations, directing the process of new project selection and heading the group’s investment strategy. He is a hands-on manager and is participating actively in the day to day operations of a number of the companies in SymbioSwiss’ Club of Entrepreneurs.
He holds a Masters degree in Finance and Management. He attended several private equity programs such as EVCA, SECA and Harvard Business school’s specialized program. Arnaud is also a Certified International Investment Analyst.
